What is Wellbooki?

Wellbooki is an online wellness marketplace, connecting consumers who want to better their health and wellbeing with thousands of practitioners. We are the easiest way to book all your wellness needs online and in one place.

How do I choose a practitioner?

We have made it easier for you to search and find out more about practitioners by including photos, descriptions and accreditations on their practitioner profile.

You can find a specific category or practitioner by using our default categories or using the search toolbar. We have a growing network of professional practitioners offering their services on our marketplace – there is something for everyone on Wellbooki.

How many Sister Club Points will I earn when booking on Wellbooki?
You will earn 2 Sister Points for every dollar spent on Wellbooki. A great way to get rewarded for looking after your wellbeing!
How do I earn SisterClub Points for a booking?
You will be entitled to receive Sister Club member points once your appointment has been completed. You will not receive points if you have not turned up for your appointment, cancelled the booking or received a refund.
When will my points be added to my Sister Club Points?
Your points will be added to your Sister Club member account within approximately one week after your appointment has been completed.
What happens to the points if I have to cancel or reschedule my service?
You will not receive points if you have not turned up for your appointment, cancelled the booking or received a refund. You will still earn points if you reschedule your appointment.
What do I do if my points are missing?

If you think you are missing points from a Wellbooki booking, please contact our support team here. Please note that if you entered the wrong information as part of the booking, the points associated with that booking may be forfeited. We will do our best to ensure you receive the points.

Making a booking

How do I make a booking?

Follow these five steps to make a booking:

  • Find your preferred practitioner using our Default categories or search by their business name using our search bar.
  • Select  the service you wish to book. 
  • Select date and time. 
  • Fill in your valid Priceline Sister Club number and booking details. 
  • Pay for your appointment using PayPal.

Please note that some practitioners use Booking Requests. This means that you can request an appointment at a date and time that works best for you. If the practitioner is available at this time, they will confirm your appointment via email. If the practitioner is not available, your request will be declined and you will receive a full refund. The practitioner will communicate with you to schedule the appointment at another time and you will be asked to submit another Booking request.

 

How do I check my appointment date?

Once you’ve completed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your appointment. You will also receive a reminder email before the appointment. 

How do I make a booking for multiple people?

For most services, you will need to make a booking for each person. However, for some services that offer group bookings, i.e. couples massage, you only need to book once for the group. 

How do I amend my booking?

Manage your booking through your email confirmation or reminder. Go to the Manage Bookings link in the email. There will be two options for you to choose from, either Change Booking or Cancel Booking. If you would like to reschedule your booking, you can select a future available date and time and you will be sent a new booking confirmation.

Please note that each practitioner set their own cancellation policies and if you wish to amend your booking outside of these times, please contact the practitioner directly.

Why do I have to pay in advance?

Having an easy booking and payment flow leading up to the appointment ensures we can provide both the consumer and the practitioner with the best experience possible. 

You can manage your booking at any time by following the instructions in the confirmation e-mail you received at the time of your booking. 

Our practitioners are committed to offering their services on our marketplace and your appointment time is especially reserved for you and the practitioner must turn other customers away from booking into that time. Each practitioner set their own cancellation policy and we recommend that you check this information before making a booking.

How do I cancel a booking?

If you need to cancel, go to the confirmation or reminder email and find the Manage Bookings link. Select Cancel Booking.

Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email that the booking is cancelled.

If you missed the cancellation period, please reach out to the practitioner directly or contact our support team. You will not receive points if you have not turned up for your appointment, cancelled the booking or received a refund.

What is a cancellation period?

Each practitioner set their own cancellation policies on Wellbooki. The cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of the booking pop-up window when booking your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment you will receive a credit which can be used to book the same service from the same practitioner at another time.

How do I request a refund?
If you wish to cancel your booking, go to Manage Bookings in the confirmation or reminder email and select Cancel Booking.
Once you’ve cancelled your appointment, you will receive a credit which can be used to book the same service from the same practitioner in the future.

How can I get in touch with the practitioner directly?

You can find the practitioner’s contact details in the booking confirmation or reminder email. 

I entered the wrong email address, can I change it?

We will send you a confirmation email once you’ve made a booking with a practitioner listed on Wellbooki. This email will include information about your appointment and instructions how you can manage your booking. If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. if you believe you have made a booking with an incorrect email address, contact our support team here

Can I use a non-Wellbooki voucher when booking an appointment on Wellbooki?

If you have a voucher for Groupon, Scoopon etc, you won’t be able to use this when booking via Wellbooki.
